Investor Visas

Dubai Investor Visa (Dubai partner visa) is perfect for foreign nationals who want to start a business in Dubai or invest in an existing business. They can also live and work in the UAE and sponsor family members. The validity of the visa is two years.

This visa is only granted to individuals who buy shares in an existing company worth a minimum of AED 72,000 or are establishing a company with a capital investment worth the same amount, according to the Dubai visa rules.

Individuals who invest in or establish a free zone company in designated areas can also apply for the Dubai partner visa, with the free trade zone as their sponsor.

  • Valid Passport Copy (with at least 6 months validity)

  • Passport-sized Photograph (as per UAE visa specifications)

  • Emirates ID (for UAE residents)

  • Proof of Investment (such as share certificates, proof of property ownership, or business incorporation documents)

  • Proof of Financial Stability (bank statements, investment certificates, etc.)

  • No Objection Certificate (if required for business setups or partnerships)
